Shipping & Return Policies

Place Order

If you need to cancel or change any shipping information about your order, please call us at 510.324.0168 or email us at service@bossenstore.com within 12 hours of the time you placed your order. We do not accept any requests after 12 hours, or after the order has been shipped.

If you request to cancel a product from your order, a refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account once the request is verified. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to process.

If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity on your card statement, please contact us immediately via phone at 510.324.0168 or email at service@bossenstore.com.

 

Special Order Placement

Products such as customized items and large machines require pre-order. Please contact the distributor that is closest to you

 

Shipping

Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and Guam.

We use UPS as our primary and only shipping carrier. Upon checkout you can select the shipping method you prefer. Options include: UPS Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three-Day Select. We do not offer free shipping. We do not provide any option for weekend delivery. We do not ship to P.O Box address.

Shipping rate is based on the shipping method, weight of the package, destination and monetary value of the shipment.

 

Processing

After we receive the order, please allow us 3 business days to process.

Once we receive the order, if the order needs no further verification, we will generate the tracking number and give you an email notification right away. After that please allow us up to 3 business days to pack the products and ship out. We hope to process every order - from receiving to shipping out – within 24 hours, but sometimes due to high demand of our products, please allow us up to 3 days to process.

If the order requires further verification, i.e. about credit card frauds, shipping address, or back-order situation, we will give you a call or send you an email. Once the issue is resolved, we will process your order right away.

 

Delivery

You will find the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) when you use the tracking number enclosed in the confirmation email.

If you do not receive your package after ETA, please ask around your neighbors and check all of the entrances. Sometimes our customers find their package being left at the neighbor’s door. If you still have not received the package after 24 hours, please contact us immediately via email at service@bossenstore.com, and provide the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order #
  • Ordered Item and Quantity
  • Tracking # (If Possible)
  • Best Way to Contact: phone number or email address

Damaged/Defective Products

We carefully handle and pack every product before shipping out. However, due to the sensitivity of a certain product containers, you might still receive a damaged product. If you see any leakage when you receive the package, turn down the shipment to UPS. If you find out about the damage or any defection after you open the package, contact us within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. We do not consider any return/refund/exchange after 3 days. To claim damage/defectiveness report, email us at service@bossenstore.com and provide the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order #
  • Ordered Item and Quantity
  • Tracking # (If Possible)
  • Describe the Situation
  • Photos of the Damaged/Defective Item
  • Preferred Resolution: Reshipping or Refund (Sorry, but we do not accept product exchanges)
  • Best Way to Contact: (Phone Number or Email Address)

Return

All of the requests for returns must be completed with us within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. We do not consider any return/refund/exchange after 3 days. We only accept return items that are not opened, used, and damaged.  Returned items are suggested to be properly wrapped with the original packaging. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to machinery items. Service

For all of the machine purchase, we offer warranty for parts and labor within 3 months of the day you receive the order. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred. If you want to return a machine item, please follow the return policy. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all machinery items. Exchange

We do not accept any exchange requests. For all of purchase you would like to exchange, please follow the return policy to return. For any items that you hope to exchange for, please re-order from BossenStore.com.
