Almond Pudding Powder

Almond pudding, also known as annin tofu or almond tofu, is a traditional Chinese dessert that has a hint of sweet nuttiness in a smooth, silky, jello-like texture. A classic way to enjoy it is to pair it with fresh or canned fruit. It is also fun to use it as a topping in bubble tea drinks.
