Merry Berry Earl Grey on Kiwi Bubble

Who doesn't love the citrusy bergamot aroma from earl grey? This holiday celebratory drink is made of exotic yet fun elements together. Have a blast!

You will need:

3/4 cup 212°F (100°C) water
1/2 cup ice
1 1/4 tbsp Raspberry Syrup
1 1/2 tbsp of Kiwi Bursting Boba®
1/4 cup club soda
Merry Berry Earl Grey on Kiwi Bubble for Winter Holidays

 

  1. In a heat resistant shaker, steep 1 1/2 tsp Earl Grey Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 3/4 cup 212°F (100°C) water for 12 minutes.
  2. Take out tea bag. Put 1/2 cup ice and 1 1/4 tbsp Raspberry Syrup in the shaker. Shake until the tea turns cold.
  3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of Kiwi Bursting Boba in a glass, then pour in the tea with or without ice. Finish up with club soda. Serve with boba straw.

*Recipe creates a serving of 12 fl oz drink.
