Tea Base Recipe
Ingredients: 10-12 g tea leaves
350 mL hot water 95°C (203°F)
Instructions:
Scoop 10–12 g of tea leaves to a brewing vessel
Add 350 mL of hot water at 95°C (203°F)
Steep for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, filter the tea with a mesh or filter cloth.
Serve it hot or iced
Gardenia Oolong Matcha LatteIngredients:200 ml Gardenia Oolong Tea
6 g Uji Matcha Powder
0.8 oz Fructose
125 ml Milk
Instructions:
Combine 6 g Uji Matcha Powder and 100 ml brewed Gardenia Oolong Tea.Stir until and set aside.
In a 700 ml cup, add 125 ml milk + 0.8 oz Fructose + 100 ml brewed Gardenia Oolong Tea + ice. Stir well.
Top with the matcha mixture prepared in Step 1.
