Lychee Black Tea with Crown Lemon Jelly

Ingredients:

Assam Black Tea
Hot water
Lychee Syrup
Ice
Crown Lemon Jelly

Tools: Tea Filter, Drink Shaker

Recipe

1. Brew Assam black tea and use filter to get hot tea concentrate
2. Let tea concentrate cool until lukewarm
3. Add 250 mL tea concentrate and 35 mL (or more) lychee syrup to a drink shaker
4. Add ice to shaker till full. Shake well!
5. Add one generous scoop of Crown Lemon Jelly to a 22 oz. drink cup
6. Pour in the drink and serve!
