What is the Boba Academy?

Boba Academy is a business consulting service to help new or existing business owners to learn more about our products. Our goal is to maintain long-term relationships with our business partners and to provide them with the necessary tools to succeed. We help demonstrate the know-how of the bubble business. We help answer all the question you may have towards starting your own bubble tea business.

Who is teaching the class?

Our dedicated instructor has over 10 years of experience in bubble tea making and restaurant business. His knowledge and experience will be able to help your business ideas and give you valuable insider tips.

Where are you teaching the class?

Currently we only make the class available in our Hayward office with Leadway International.

Can I take my friend with me to Boba Academy?

We believe a smaller-size session can ensure the quality of Boba Academy. We would recommend you to take only one friend with you to the class.

How do you sign up for Boba Academy?

Simply click on the "sign-up" button in the chart above, and it will take you a sign-up page. You can select the date you desire, and tell us more about your expectation in the process. A confirmation email will be sent to you when accomplished.

We also include product tasting, menu recommendations, and exclusive recipes by Bossen.

Is there any hard evidence of success?

Bossen Store has served more than 300 local restaurant clients in Bay Area for more than five years. Over the years, we grow together with our clients. A lot of our customers do have proven success in the business. The bubble tea and snow ice industry has already taken the Asian-American population in Hawaii and North America by storm. By adding frozen yogurt to the mix, our products are quickly moving to a mainstream audience. That being said, there are many thriving businesses throughout surrounding areas of the Los Angeles basin, San Francisco Bay Area, and nationwide who are already profiting from our products.

What does the logo design service for Premium include?

Logo design service for Premium includes a thorough assessment of customer needs, two design options by our in-house designer, and two rounds of revisions. Time required beyond two rounds of revision will be billed at a rate of $50/hr. Bossen Store and the company Leadway International Inc. are not responsible for any copyright issues as of the store name and the logo design.

What is the cost*?

All we ask for is your deposit on the product that you may purchase. Once you meet our minimum purchasing requirement, we will either refund your deposit or use it as credit for your future purchases. Please note that machine, custom print products and sign-up fee purchases are not considered part of the purchasing requirement, and therefore are not deductible from the deposit. 

Is it refundable?

We welcome you to contact us to inquire about the class before it begins. Once the class starts, we do not accept any request for refund.
