These cups were a complete disappointment. They are extremely flimsy—you can’t even put a lid on without the entire cup bending and warping. For something meant for drinks, especially in a café setting, that’s unacceptable.

I tried to return them and get a refund, but the return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee ended up being almost as much as what I originally paid. That’s ridiculous. It feels like you’re stuck with a bad product no matter what.

As a café owner, I rely on quality supplies, and this was a total waste of money. Trash, trash, trash. They’ve completely lost me as a customer, and I’ll be sharing my experience on social media so others know what to expect.

They are pretty thin, but everyone loves the design of the rounded bottom

I like the product and its pricing. But, shipping is outrageous. Anyway you guys can reduce shipping cost, it would be perfect.
