Soft and chewy, these Fast Cook Tapioca Pearls enlarge slightly after cooking.
Each bag makes approximately 10 servings (100 g per serving)
Suggested Serving Size: 100 g each for 16 oz. beverages.
Net Weight: 2.2 lbs. per bag, 26.4 lbs. per case
Best to consume within 4 hours of cooking.

Cooking Instructions for Fast Cook Big Tapioca
1:6 ratio, (tapioca : water)
Cook for 5 mins in boiling water,
Let sit for 5 mins (or 7 mins for softer texture)
Rinse thoroughly with cold water in a strainer
Add sweetener (Honey, Fructose) or Regular raw cane sugar to sweeten.
Best consumed within 4 hours of cooking
Powder Based Smoothie with Fast Cook Big Tapioca
40 g Powder mix
25 g Non-Dairy Creamer
30 ml Fructose (sweetener)
100 ml water
350 g Ice
1. Add powder mix, non-dairy creamer, water, fructose (sweetener) and ice into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. 3. Add a generous scoop of tapioca to a drink cup first 4. Pour in the smoothie and serve!
