I'm giving the foot pedal

I'm giving the foot pedal a 3 because the last foot pedal was faulty when we used it for the first time. When it is plugged in, it triggers the shaver to automatically turn on. We called to let them know and was told that they had a 3 month warranty. We were just at missed the 3 months mark that I wasn't aware of and Bossen wouldn't replace it. They indicated that they would hand no idea if we broke it or if it came that way even though the representative did state that others had mentioned that same issue..... I'm not sure how we would have made the foot pedal faulty. We even offered to send it back. Bossen refused and didn't want to replace a $40 pedal to keep a customer happy. Needless to say, i had to order a new one. Not a happy customer.
