We use UPS as our shipping carrier. Based on your needs, you can choose from UPS Ground and Three-Day Select. Please be noted we do not provide any option for weekend delivery.

We currently only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

We are unable to edit orders once they are placed due to different shipping costs. If you need to add/remove/change your order, you will have to contact us immediately to cancel and then replace your order correctly.
To cancel your original order, please call us at 510.324.0168 or email us at service@bossenstore.com within one hour of when order was placed. Otherwise, your order will likely be processed and no changes are able to be made.
We are not able to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.
If you just placed your order online, contact us immediately the SAME DAY (preferably within minutes/hours), then we may be able to cancel. If more than 24 hours, our system is not able to cancel the order.
Once an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your credit card or other method of payment you used. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is issued. Please allow 5-7 business days to process, and note that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card to show the refund.
Once your order is submitted online, we will process most orders within 24 hours Monday thru Friday if placed before 2pm/PST cutoff time. Once the order processes, it goes into shipping and the delivery time is estimated based on your location. Some orders may take up to 72 hours if there are alot of items.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you that includes the tracking number(s) of your package(s).
If you do not receive your package after tracking says it's arrived, please first check with your UPS office as they may be holding the package or late delivery. Then we advise you to check with neighbors, apartment concierge and around your house/front entrance/garage/yard/etc as UPS sometimes places the package in a less visible area to deter theft.

Depending on what you mean, if you have orders than need to be sent to different addresses, we advise splitting the order up and placing 3 different orders. We are only able to ship to ONE address per order as shipping will vary depending on locations, and must be paid for by purchaser.

We can only process a reship for the damaged item once. If the reship is damaged again, a refund will be issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Bossenstore carefully handles and packs every product before shipping out. However, due to the fragile nature of certain products, some items may become damaged during transit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we ask that you submit a picture for our Quality Assurance Team to review. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package (ie, 3 days after tracking shows delivered) and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
After 3 days, we will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
If you see a damaged package from UPS please open to make sure what item(s) are damaged. Take a photo of the box and products inside and email to service@bossenstore.com - please put your Invoice # as the email subject.

Our Bossen brand products are made in Taiwan. Our aloe vera is made and imported from Thailand.

Shelf life of each Bossen product varies. You may find the shelf life on product packages. Below is a summary of each product category:

Jam: 15 months

Mini Mochi: 12 months

We guarantee fresh product when we ship. We mark expiration dates in two formats. One is as simple as MM/DD/YY, the other is a 5 digit code that requires some interpretation. Check out our BLOG for more details.
You can find the 5-digit code on the cap or the bottle/bag of our product. It includes one letter and four digits of numbers. (i.e. J2345) To decode, divide the code into three sections. The letter indicates the year. i.e. I = 2016 J = 2017 K = 2018. The first two numbers subtracting 20 indicate the month. i.e. 23 – 20 = 03 (March) The last two numbers subtracting 20 indicate the day. i.e. 45 - 20 = 25 (25th).
Tapioca pearls are made mostly from starch. The nature of starch makes the pearls chewy and fun, but at the same time very sensitive to humidity and temperature.

For all of the equipment machine purchases, we offer warranty for parts and labor within 90 days of when you receive the order. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred.

We do not recommend freezing any of the Bursting Boba® , it is best kept refrigerated after opening, and best used within 7 days for optimal flavor.

Logo design service for Premium includes a thorough assessment of customer needs, two design options by our in-house designer, and two rounds of revisions. Time required beyond two rounds of revision will be billed at a rate of $50/hr. Bossen Store and the company Leadway International Inc. are not responsible for any copyright issues as of the store name and the logo design.
All we ask for is your deposit on the product that you may purchase. Once you meet our minimum purchasing requirement, we will use it as credit for your future purchases. Please note that machine, custom print products and sign-up fee purchases are not considered part of the purchasing requirement, and therefore are not deductible from the deposit.
