All our products are available for purchase for everyone - for personal or business use. You may walk-in and purchase, as well as shop online at www.bossenstore.com.

Please bring your business license and pre-fill out the Wholesale Form if you are a business. This helps save time when creating an account. Also, we may be able to offer you special savings if you qualify for Wholesale over $2000 per purchase.

We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

We offer promotional discounts and specials on our Email List - SIGN UP today and get notified on our latest Bossen products, news on Bubble Tea and Savings!

Please refresh your order quantity before running the calculator by clicking the button   at the right bottom corner of the cart. Also, the shipping price does not include tax yet.

We currently only ship within the USA 52 of 62 states. We currently do not ship internationally (outside the USA).

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, as we use UPS and they do not accept those addresses.

We do not ship to: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific.

We use UPS as our shipping carrier. Based on your needs, you can choose from UPS Ground, Three-Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air (Saver), Next Day Air Early A.M. Please be noted we do not provide any option for weekend delivery.

NOTE: Your UPS delivery may vary due to inclement weather and other natural hazards, or local issues. We are not responsible for UPS delays.

We are unable to edit orders once they are placed due to different shipping costs. If you need to add/remove/change your order, you will have to contact us immediately to cancel and then replace your order correctly.

To cancel your original order, please call us at 510.324.0168 or email us at service@bossenstore.com within one hour of when order was placed. Otherwise, your order will likely be processed and no changes are able to be made.

We are not able to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.

If you just placed your order online, contact us immediately the SAME DAY (preferably within minutes/hours), then we may be able to cancel. If more than 24 hours, our system is not able to cancel the order. 

Once an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your credit card or other method of payment you used. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is issued. Please allow 5-7 business days to process, and note that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card to show the refund.

Once your order is submitted online, we will process most orders within 24 hours Monday thru Friday if placed before 2pm/PST cutoff time. Once the order processes, it goes into shipping and the delivery time is estimated based on your location. Some orders may take up to 72 hours if there are alot of items.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you that includes the tracking number(s) of your package(s). 

If you do not receive your package after tracking says it's arrived, please first check with your UPS office as they may be holding the package or late delivery. Then we advise you to check with neighbors, apartment concierge and around your house/front entrance/garage/yard/etc as UPS sometimes places the package in a less visible area to deter theft.

 If you still have not received the package after 48 hours of delivery date/time, please contact us immediately via email and provide the following information:

• Your Email & Phone Number
• Order #
• Item(s) and Quantity Missing

We have a REORDER button for every order. Use the steps below, or watch this video on How to Reorder:

Depending on what you mean, if you have orders than need to be sent to different addresses, we advise splitting the order up and placing 3 different orders. We are only able to ship to ONE address per order as shipping will vary depending on locations, and must be paid for by purchaser.

All requests for returns must be completed with us within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment.

After 3 business days, we will not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.

We only accept return items that are not opened, used, and/or damaged.  Returned items are to be properly wrapped with the original packaging and original invoice. The buyer/customer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any and all item(s) returned. A returned item refund will be given as credit to buyer/customer via a coupon code to be used on future orders.

To complete a return request, email us and provide the following information:

• Item(s) to Return
• Reason to Return
• Best Way to Contact: (Phone Number or Email Address)

* We do not accept return request for clearance items.

We do not accept any exchange requests.

We carefully handle and pack every product before shipping out. However, due to the sensitivity of a certain product containers, you may receive a damaged product. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package (ie, 3 days after tracking shows delivered) and we will do our best to resolve the issue. After 3 days, we will not accept returns, refund or exchanges.

If you see a damaged package from UPS please open to make sure what item(s) are damaged. Take a photo of the box and products inside and email to service@bossenstore.com - please put your Invoice # as the email subject.

To claim damages or defects, please email us the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Your Email & Phone
• Order #
• Photos of the Damaged Packaging(s) or Damaged/Defective Item(s)
  
• Preferred Resolution: Reship Damaged Items or Refund (we do not accept product exchanges)

If UPS or customers let us know of their original orders are damaged or lost, then we will reship to replace the product. Once item is reshipped, you will receive a new UPS tracking number.

Our new policy when we are out of stock on an item is:

1) if item will be restocked within 10 days, we will hold the order until then and ship.

2) if item will take more than 10 days to restock, we will contact customer if they want to wait or refund.

If customer has any questions, they may contact us.

• All online order are sent by UPS, default is UPS Ground and customer can optionally select 2nd Day, 3-Day or Next Day Air. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.
  
• If your UPS tracking number shows package is not "Delivered" after 10 business days from day of shipment, please make sure you have double-checked around your home/business, as sometimes UPS may place the package in a safer, hidden area. Please also check with your neighbors and UPS person.
  
• If package is still "lost" or not found, please contact us as soon as possible with all the information you have gathered. We will reach out to UPS and file a claim for your package, they will then investigate the claim. Depending on circumstances and the result, we will send an replacement order via UPS Ground, or refund you the order amount minus shipping.
  
• If package shows "Delivered" and you claim you did not receive it, we are not to be held liable or responsible. The buyer should reach out to their UPS carrier immediately to resolve the issue.
  

Our Bossen brand products are made in Taiwan. Our aloe vera is made and imported from Thailand.

Currently we do not carry sugar-free products.

We have recently add fructose as one of our products online. Feel free to check it out under syrups for more information.

Shelf life of each Bossen product varies. You may find the shelf life on product packages. Below is a summary of each product category:

Bursting Boba: 18 months

Jam: 15 months

Jelly: 12 months

Mini Mochi: 12 months

Powder: 18 months

Syrup: 12 - 18 months

Tapioca Pearls: 6 months

We guarantee fresh product when we ship. We mark expiration dates in two formats. One is as simple as MM/DD/YY, the other is a 5 digit code that requires some interpretation. Check out our BLOG for more details.

You can find the 5-digit code on the cap or the bottle/bag of our product. It includes one letter and four digits of numbers. (i.e. J2345) To decode, divide the code into three sections. The letter indicates the year. i.e. I = 2016 J = 2017 K = 2018. The first two numbers subtracting 20 indicate the month. i.e. 23 – 20 = 03 (March) The last two numbers subtracting 20 indicate the day. i.e. 45 - 20 = 25 (25th).

Tapioca pearls are made mostly from starch. The nature of starch makes the pearls chewy and fun, but at the same time very sensitive to humidity and temperature. We have put together tips here for you to keep the best quality of the bobas before, during, and after cooking.

For all of the equipment machine purchases, we offer warranty for parts and labor within 90 days of when you receive the order. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred.

If you want to return a machine item, please follow the return policy: we charge a 20% restocking fee.

We do not recommend freezing any of the Bursting Boba® , it is best kept refrigerated after opening, and best used within 7 days for optimal flavor.

You can visit any one of our three locations in the Bay Area (California) and Houston Area (Texas). All our products are available for purchase on-site for walk-ins, however pricing, selection and quantities may differ at each location.

We offer wholesale pricing for businesses only - please provide proof of business license (resale number, federal tax ID, bank references, etc). For more questions, please call 510-324-0168 and ask to speak with a Bossen sales representative. S/he will help you set up an account with your business information and introduce you to our Bossen brand products and services.

Wholesale orders must be meet the $2000 minimum per order.

We currently accept cash, check, credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). Please be aware we do charge a fee with credit cards.

We deliver to all local customers around the Bay Area by our delivery trucks. Delivery happens Monday-Thursday, Each day has its own route make sure to double check with you sales representative which day you recieve delivery. 

For wholesale account members we offer free delivery to you stores with a minimum order of $300.

Bossen Store has served more than 300 local restaurant clients in Bay Area for more than five years. Over the years, we grow together with our clients. A lot of our customers do have proven success in the business. The bubble tea and snow ice industry has already taken the Asian-American population in Hawaii and North America by storm. By adding frozen yogurt to the mix, our products are quickly moving to a mainstream audience. That being said, there are many thriving businesses throughout surrounding areas of the Los Angeles basin, San Francisco Bay Area, and nationwide who are already profiting from our products.

Logo design service for Premium includes a thorough assessment of customer needs, two design options by our in-house designer, and two rounds of revisions. Time required beyond two rounds of revision will be billed at a rate of $50/hr. Bossen Store and the company Leadway International Inc. are not responsible for any copyright issues as of the store name and the logo design.

All we ask for is your deposit on the product that you may purchase. Once you meet our minimum purchasing requirement, we will either refund your deposit or use it as credit for your future purchases. Please note that machine, custom print products and sign-up fee purchases are not considered part of the purchasing requirement, and therefore are not deductible from the deposit. 

We welcome you to contact us to inquire about the class before it begins. Once the class starts, we do not accept any request for refund.
