How to Make Snow Ice - Step-By-Step Instructions

Iced Chai Latte Recipe

Who doesn't love that sophisticated and creamy taste of chai latte? It's great to be served alone, or paired with tapioca pearls.

You will need:

3 oz hot water, milk, or milk substitute
½ cup cold water, milk, or milk substitute
1 cup ice
David Rio Iced Chai Latte Recipe
  1. Dissolve David Rio Chai in hot water, milk or milk substitute.
  2. Add remaining cold water, milk or milk substitute and pour over ice.
  3. Stir and serve.

*Recipe creates 1 serving of 16 oz beverage

Cold Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brew

You will need:

34 fl. oz. boiling water.
Cold Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brew
1. Add 4 tbsp (2 g) of dried butterfly pea flowers to 34 fl. oz. boiling water.
2. Stir for five times. Leave the tea until it reaches room temperature.
3. Refrigerate the tea in a sealed container.
4. When using, strain the liquid and discard the flowers if desired.

    *This recipe creates 34 fl. oz. butterfly pea flower tea. Great for commercial or a pitcher serving

    Hot Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brew

    You will need:

    6 fl. oz. boiling water
    Hot Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
    1. Steep 2-3 dried butterfly pea flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, or until the water turns deep blue.
    2. Strain the liquid and discard the flowers if desired.
    3. Mix with syrup, hot tea if desired.

    *Recipe creates 1 serving of 6 fl. oz. butterfly pea flower tea

    Sparkling Mango Green Tea with Pom Boba

    You will need:

    3/4 cup 158°F (70°C) water
    1/2 cup ice
    1 1/4 tbsp Mango Syrup
    1/4 cup club soda
    Sparkling Mango Green Tea with Pomegranate Bursting Boba
    1. In a heat resistant shaker, steep Green Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 3/4 cup 158°F (70°C) water for 8 minutes.
    2. Take out tea bag. Put ice and Mango Syrup in the shaker. Shake until the tea turns cold.
    3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of Pomegranate Bursting Boba in a glass, then pour in the tea with or without ice.
    4. Finish up with club soda. Serve with boba straw.

    Passion Fruit Osmanthus Mock-jito

    Imagine drinking at a vast beach resort, enjoying that relaxed exoticism, this tropical, tea-based mojito is spot on.

    You will need:

    2 sprigs fresh mint
    1 cup 194°F (90°C) water
    1/2 cup ice
    1/2 lime

    Passion Fruit Osmanthus Mock-jito

    1. In a mortar, use the pestle to mush 4-5 mint leaves and set aside.
    2. In a heat resistant shaker, steep Osmanthus Oolong Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 194°F (90°C) water for 15 minutes.
    3. Put ice, mashed mint leaves and Passion Fruit Syrup in the tea. Shake until tea turns cold.
    4. Pour the tea in a glass without ice and mushed mint. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

      Peach Oolong Sour with Strawberry Boba

      You will need:

      3/4 cup 194°F (90°C) water
      1/2 cup ice
      1 1/4 tbsp Lemon Syrup
      1/4 cup club soda

      Peach Oolong Sour with Strawberry Boba

       

      1. In a heat resistant shaker, steep Peach Oolong Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 3/4 cup 194°F (90°C) water for 15 minutes.
      2. Take out tea bag. Put ice and Lemon Syrup in the shaker. Shake until the tea turns cold.
      3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of Strawberry Bursting Boba in a glass, then pour in the tea with or without ice.
      4. Finish up with club soda and serve with boba straw.

        Merry Berry Earl Grey on Kiwi Bubble

        Who doesn't love the citrusy bergamot aroma from earl grey? This holiday celebratory drink is made of exotic yet fun elements together. Have a blast!

        You will need:

        3/4 cup 212°F (100°C) water
        1/2 cup ice
        1 1/4 tbsp Raspberry Syrup
        1 1/2 tbsp of Kiwi Bursting Boba®
        1/4 cup club soda
        Merry Berry Earl Grey on Kiwi Bubble for Winter Holidays

         

        1. In a heat resistant shaker, steep 1 1/2 tsp Earl Grey Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 3/4 cup 212°F (100°C) water for 12 minutes.
        2. Take out tea bag. Put 1/2 cup ice and 1 1/4 tbsp Raspberry Syrup in the shaker. Shake until the tea turns cold.
        3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of Kiwi Bursting Boba in a glass, then pour in the tea with or without ice. Finish up with club soda. Serve with boba straw.

        Hong Kong Style Milk Tea Recipe

        Hong Kong style milk tea is famous for its smooth, silky, strong brew black tea flavor with balanced sweetness of condensed milk. We offer a starter set to help make a cup using the traditional method, quick and easy.

        Hong Kong Style Milk Tea

        Recipe makes 7 servings of 16 oz. Hong Kong Style Milk Tea
        You will need:
        0.65 gallon boiled water
        Condensed milk
        Sugar
        1. Place the strainer in the metal ring, and rest it on top of the teapot rim.
        2. Put ¾ cup tea leaves in the strainer, and pour 2.5 litre (0.65 gallon) boiled water through the strainer to the pot.
        3. Bring tea to a boil.
        4. Take out strainer and hold it on top of an empty teapot. Carefully pour the tea in the first tea pot through tea leaves and strainer into the second tea pot. Repeat for four times.
        5. To serve a 16 oz, pour 1 ½ cup hot tea, ½ cup condensed milk and 3 tsp sugar.
