Matcha Latte:

Lavender Foam:

Directions:

  1. Whisk Matcha Powder with hot water until fully dissolved.
  2. Mix matcha with milk and Lavender Syrup until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk milk foam powder, Lavender Syrup, milk, and food coloring (optional) until smooth.
  4. Fill a cup with ice until it is ¾ full.
  5. Pour in the Matcha Latte.
  6. Top with lavender foam.
  7. Decorate as desired and enjoy!

 

Recipe Adjustments and Suggestions

  • The matcha to water ratio (7g matcha + 70ml hot water) is great for a strong matcha flavor, but for a milder taste, you could increase the water slightly to 80–90ml.

  • The lavender foam will be on the sweet side with 5oz of syrup. If you prefer a more balanced sweetness, consider starting with 3–4oz and adjusting to taste.

  • Purple food coloring is optional, but it helps enhance the lavender aesthetic.
