Ingredients
Matcha Latte:
- Uji Matcha Powder: 7g
- Hot Water: 70ml
- Milk: 300ml
- Lavender Syrup: 1 oz
Lavender Foam:
- Crema Whipping Powder: 100g
- Lavender Syrup: 5 oz
- Hot Water: 400ml
- Milk: 400ml
- 4 drops purple food coloring (optional)
Directions:
- Whisk Matcha Powder with hot water until fully dissolved.
- Mix matcha with milk and Lavender Syrup until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk foam powder, Lavender Syrup, milk, and food coloring (optional) until smooth.
- Fill a cup with ice until it is ¾ full.
- Pour in the Matcha Latte.
- Top with lavender foam.
- Decorate as desired and enjoy!
Recipe Adjustments and Suggestions

The matcha to water ratio (7g matcha + 70ml hot water) is great for a strong matcha flavor, but for a milder taste, you could increase the water slightly to 80–90ml.

The lavender foam will be on the sweet side with 5oz of syrup. If you prefer a more balanced sweetness, consider starting with 3–4oz and adjusting to taste.
