What:

3 oz powder mix

4 oz hot water (90 °C / 194 °F or higher)

10 oz ice

How:

  1. Ratio of powder mix : hot water and ice is 1 : 7.
  2. Add powder to hot water, stir until dissolved.
  3. Add dissolved powder into a 16 oz shaker, add ice until full.
  4. Shake well and enjoy.

 

Taiwanese Milk Tea

What:

3.5 oz powder mix

5 oz hot water (90 °C / 194 °F or higher)

1.5 oz non-dairy creamer (more for smoother, sweeter taste)

0.5 oz fructose

Ice

How:

  1. Ratio of powder mix : creamer is 5 : 2.
  2. Add powder, creamer, and fructose to hot water, stir until dissolved.
  3. Add dissolved ingredients into a 16 oz shaker, add ice until full.
  4. Shake well and enjoy.
