Recipe makes 2 servings of 16 oz Thai Black Milk Tea

Thai Black Milk Tea (Hot or Cold)

What:

1 tbsp black tea

33 oz boiling water

100 g creamer

100 - 200 g sugar or condensed milk

How:

1. Add 1 tablespoon of black tea to 1000 ml (33 oz) of boiling water. 2. Stir it well and wait for 3-5 minutes. (No boiling is required) 3. Drain the tea with a strainer. 4. Add in 100 grams of creamer and 100 - 200 grams of sugar or condensed milk. 5. To serve it cold, add ice into the drink or chill it in a refrigerator.
 
*Do not add too much tea or let the tea set for too long, or the drink may taste bitter which is only natural for tea.
