Mango Green Tea with Boba

Refreshing Mango Green Tea with Boba

You Will Need:

• 8 ounces filtered water
• 0.3 ounce Bossen Premium Green Tea Leaves
• 2 ounces Bossen Mango Syrup
• 9 ounces ice
• 1 tablespoon of your favorite Bursting Boba or Tapioca Pearls (optional)

Directions:

1. Boil 8 ounces of water to 140°F (60°C).
2. Add 0.3 ounce of green tea leaves and steep for about 6 minutes.
3. Strain the tea leaves and let the tea cool to room temperature.
4. In an 18-ounce shaker, add 2 ounces of mango syrup.
5. Fill the shaker with ice up to the 9-ounce level.
6. Top off with the cooled green tea, then shake well.
7. Add your favorite boba pearls into a serving cup, pour the tea mixture over, and enjoy with a wide boba straw!
