What:

2.2 oz flavored syrup

0.8 oz fructose or to taste

7 oz cold water

6 oz ice                      

How:   

  1. The ratio of syrup to water + ice is 1:6.
  2. Add syrup, fructose, and cold water into a 16 oz shaker, stir until dissolved.
  3. Add ice until full.
  4. Shake well and enjoy it.

 

Passion Fruit Flavored Tea

What:  

2 oz flavored syrup

7 oz sugar-free tea

7 oz ice

fructose to taste

How:

  1. Add flavored syrup and tea into a 16 oz shaker.
  2. Add fructose to taste if desired.

1.5 oz flavored syrup

1.5 oz non-dairy creamer

7 oz hot sugar-free tea

  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Add 1.5 oz of syrup. Add fructose to taste if desired.

What:

2 oz water

How:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

Syrup was great quality and I've used it with my Ninja Slushi machine to make boba store quality slushies. I would dilute the syrup even more than the directions as it is a bit sweet for me still at 1:6

Delicious and money saving!

It's blistering hot and Summer isn't ending any time soon. I was spending way too much money going to my local fuite tea shop and I realized that I can make my own tea drinks at home! I feel like my low sugar needs are hard to meet at the shop anyway, so this was the perfect decision. I make a giant vat of iced green tea and then add my own syrup to exactly the way I like it. It's perfect.
