They are convenient and chewy but arent as good as another brand I've tried (Hakumori). The texture on these is not as firm as freshly cooked boba and the taste has a slight sour/citric acid taste? The packs are just the right size and easy to microwave.

Instant Tapioca Pearl

These are very hard. They are not edible even after cooking according to the package. I even tried cooking them in boiling water for 10 minutes even though they are supposed to be instant cooked. The center would remain hard and not edible.

Overall good but a few bad ones

The Instant Tapioca is very convenient when you don't have the time to make boba. These are great because I can microwave them at my office and they are ready in 45 seconds. However, my most recent batch that I ordered had several in them that were tangy/sour.
