Peach Oolong Sour with Strawberry Boba

Have a little fun with sparkling tea and Bursting Boba® topping. Lay up the flavors and make your taste bud dance like in a party!

You will need:

3/4 cup 194°F (90°C) water
1/2 cup ice
1 1/4 tbsp Lemon Syrup
1/4 cup club soda

Peach Oolong Sour with Strawberry Boba

 

  1. In a heat resistant shaker, steep Peach Oolong Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 3/4 cup 194°F (90°C) water for 15 minutes.
  2. Take out tea bag. Put ice and Lemon Syrup in the shaker. Shake until the tea turns cold.
  3. Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of Strawberry Bursting Boba in a glass, then pour in the tea with or without ice.
  4. Finish up with club soda and serve with boba straw.

*Recipe creates a serving of 12 fl oz drink.
