Passion Fruit Osmanthus Mock-jito

Imagine drinking at a vast beach resort, enjoying that relaxed exoticism, this tropical, tea-based mojito is spot on.

You will need:

2 sprigs fresh mint
1 cup 194°F (90°C) water
1/2 cup ice
1/2 lime

Passion Fruit Osmanthus Mock-jito

  1. In a mortar, use the pestle to mush 4-5 mint leaves and set aside.
  2. In a heat resistant shaker, steep Osmanthus Oolong Tea Leaves in a tea bag in 194°F (90°C) water for 15 minutes.
  3. Put ice, mashed mint leaves and Passion Fruit Syrup in the tea. Shake until tea turns cold.
  4. Pour the tea in a glass without ice and mushed mint. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
*Recipe creates a serving of 12 fl oz drink.
