Tea Leaves Recipe
Ingredients:
- Loose Tea Leaves
- Hot Water
- Sweetener (optional)
Directions:
Loose Leaf: Black Tea/ Oolong Tea
Ratio - Tea Leaves : Water = 1: 40
50 g tea leaves
2000 ml water
1. Boil water to 95 ° C (black tea+ oolong)/ 85° C (green tea)
2. Turn off the heat, add tea leaves and make sure all tea leaves submerged
3. Seep for 12-15 minutes with a cover
4. Filter the tea with a mesh or filter cloth.
5. Let it cool until 65° C.
6. Pour into a tea warmer and it’s ready to serve over ice.
Loose Leaf: Green Tea
Ratio - Tea Leaves : Water = 1: 40
50 g tea leaves
2000 ml water
1. Boil water to 85° C (green tea)
2. Turn off the heat, add tea leaves and make sure all tea leaves submerged
3. Seep for 6-8 minutes with a cover
4. Filter the tea with a mesh or filter cloth.
5. Let it cool until 65° C.
6. Pour into a tea warmer and it’s ready to serve over ice.
