Cold Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Brew
You will need:
4 tbsp (2 g) of dried butterfly pea flowers
34 fl. oz. boiling water.
1. Add 4 tbsp (2 g) of dried butterfly pea flowers to 34 fl. oz. boiling water.
2. Stir for five times. Leave the tea until it reaches room temperature.
3. Refrigerate the tea in a sealed container.
4. When using, strain the liquid and discard the flowers if desired.
